So when I put my key to the start position the idiot lights come on and you can hear the fuel pump working the security light does not stay on but once I try to crank it doesn’t start or even crank at all but the gauges turn off After this I checked all the relays and fuses and none were bad it doesn’t seem to be the neutral safety switch so what else could it be and the battery is good

The battery is good? How sure are you? Is it relatively new? Has been tested for voltage out put? So you are sure that it is not possibly the battery. Have you tried to jump start it with another vehicle? No charge lights on dash indicating a issue? If the battery is bad it should start with a jump.

Moving on. You can hear the fuel pump working, good. Can you also hear the Bendix gear engage the flywheel from the starter? You should probably hear that click in even with a battery that does not have enough power to turn the engine over. No rrrr,rrrr like a weak charge even trying to turn over?

Be sure of the battery. Be sure of the connections to the starter. Then you should get something to happen.

The neutral safety switch is the one under the clutch pedal in your manual car, right? They do go out. Good battery, good connection to starter, no reaction from starter, I would look at that switch.

That one would be the clutch safety switch (found only on MT cars). A neutral safety switch would be connected to the shifter on an AT car. They both serve the same safety function: ensuring the car will not lurch when the starter kicks in. Definitely something to check on the OP's car (depending on which trans is in it).

My steering tilt is basically broken and I can’t access accessory mode but it still works all the other functions and never had a issue till I parked it and went to start it the next day for it not to crank also I can shift gears with no key in the car without even pressing the brake pedal

After removing my center console and taking a look at my neutral safety switch I found out it’s basically looks really sticky from like a soda from the previous owner or something but even after cleaning it No difference Also I realized there’s no click when I shift it into park that usually happens when the vehicle moves so I don’t know what’s up with that and like I can shift gears with no key or without pressing the brakes and the reverse light does kick in but I don’t know if it’s related to the neutral safety switch
