I bought my 94 Z28 in maximum hillbilly spec, with the exception of the drivetrain the rest of the car was a basket case- including a key that only opens the driver’s door haha.
I replaced the door locks, but since I’m away from the car for a couple days I figured I’d ask before removing the berger panel and confirming. I’m assuming the berger panel needs to be removed to change it, but I haven’t been able to find any decent pics/ vids of how exactly the lock mounts. It looks to be held in by these strange rivets? Any advice? Thanks gentlemen.

I initially bought a set of locks off an ebay seller, they sell a lock set manufactured by a company named Classic Auto Locks. One of the lock cylinders fell apart after turning the key 3 times- thankfully prior to installing. Not sure if it was just my luck but you want to look for Strattec locks (They are the OEM manufacturer) so make sure you cross reference the part numbers.
