Voltage jumping around

Voltage jumping around Ok so after the car has warmed up and I start bdriving a bit, the voltage will jump around between 13 and 10. Lights dimming, check gauges light come on. If you give it some gas the voltage jumps up at first then goes back down. And At idle there are no issues at all. Anyone have any idea?

Get a good multimeter and start checking voltages around the vehicle with the engine running. Check for AC volts at the battery - should be very little -- around .02-.03 volts. Bad alternator if more than this tiny amount.
Maybe a slipping alternator belt?
