Steering issue

Hey all, looking for a bit of help here diagnosing an issue. Yesterday I was cut off and to avoid an accident I slammed on the brakes going about 50mph (tires locked up) and car bumped the curb with passenger side tire. When the tires locked up I heard a clunk (not sure if it was suspension/steering or wheel bumping curb) but immediately my steering was misaligned. So here is what I know:

-with the steering wheel straight passenger side wheel is straight drivers side is toe in
-drivers side wheel has L to R play. I have a video (it’s too big for the post so I’ll post a link to it later).
-car has brand new suspension in the front. (Struts, Lower control arms, sway bar links and outer tie rod ends.
-steering rack is relatively new <30k on it

my question is I can’t tell what the issue is, if it’s bad inner joints, if I broke the rack or something else?

also two additional picture are of the rack without dust boots. The passenger side has a metal piece circled that moves as I turn the wheel but the passenger side does not. (For reference picture is taken with SW straight).
