Really low idle please help

Really low idle please help Car idles at like 350 been through the works fuel pump fuel filter idle air control and reset ignition control module coolant temp sensor in the water pump throttle position sensor rewired and replaced and reset clean the throttle body plugs wires and opti maybe 2k miles ago mass air flow sensor replaced with opti no codes runs fine at operating temps but up until then bad idle and doesnt change when shifting I thought I may have unplug something because I recently did the crossover pipe on the back of the heads on the driver side of the motor but O2 sensors are still wired up coolant temp sensor still has its wire vacuum line is still attached to the brake booster oil pressure sensor was not unplugged I'm pretty sure I just pulled on a little bit of that wrap stuff and I was able to drive it home but when I got it home the next day it wouldn't run right I do have a aldl cable I've been using free scan all of my sensors seem to have operating voltage I do have an EGR code that comes and goes but I'm going to be replacing that tonight or tomorrow morning if not the EGR I'm just looking for some advice on even where to go from here I'm on the fence are just going carbed to get rid of all of that stuff but with all that stuff under warranty from AutoZone I'd hate to
