Driver's side window issue Video speaks for itself. Window motor was replaced on it. After several months, when the window was down, there was a bang inside the door and now it's been doing this ever since. Any ideas on how to fix? |
Found the problem, the replacement window motor is bad. It's the one doing the hesistation instead of spinning smoothly. Now I'll have to get 2 since the passenger one is on it's way out. |
I'm glad you found out what was causing all of that hesitation and noise. I'm interested in these window motor threads because my WS6 needs it's driver's side window motor replaced. I've been putting it off for at least 2 years. |

Did you adjust the felt stabilizers at the top of the door? If not - good. If so, they could be making this problem worse. When properly adjusted, those stabilizers will not touch the glass for the full travel of the window. |
