Default Stripped PCM bracket bolt. Please help

I pulled my pcm to send it out for tuning. It is from a 2000 LS1 Firebird. It seems I’ve stripped the bolt while doing so. The bolt is held on the harness bracket with a retainer. Does anyone know how to remove this retainer and replace the bolt?

also, the tuner said I should run a tap into the pcm to clean it up. Does anyone know what size of tap to use?

any help or suggestions are really appreciated!

Got a junkyard around? I could probably dig up a handful of those easily laying around my garage and shed. I've got a lot of connectors cut off with the bolts still in. Also have a bench tuning set up with the bolts removed so those are or were around here somewhere.
That almost looks like aluminum is stuck in the threads. Might be able to get it out with a knife and it would be fine. I'd be more concerned with the PCM threads.
