Neverending taillight leak

Neverending taillight leak I know this topic has been mentioned before but I am lost. I bought a 2001 trans am last year and it had a leak in the passenger taillight. I put silicone around the original one, it still leaked. I bought a new light. It still leaks. Recently i bought the most expensive best set off ebay and had a shop install it in case I was doing it wrong. Its leaking.
i cant imagine all 3 lights have leaks I cant see especially since the last is bright red and has not leaked before. Is there something else that could be causing the leak?

I went through 3 sets on my camaro. The glue around the red lens or reverse would crack and leak, then the plastic would pop out. Bought a really nice set on ebay, overpaid but perfect. Clear coated them, no issues since. Now the car is garage kept and never in the rain (et pros) but I believe I ran It with clear coated lights and kept in the driveway for about a year. This is in arizona btw.
I had the same issue with my new tails. Siliconed the edges and they still would get water on the inside.
Ended up drilling 3 or 4 small holes on the bottom of the light for drainage and its worked perfectly. No more condensation or standing water in the light.
