02 Camaro starting problems

02 Camaro starting problems Battery is good, Alt is good. Relays are good. Replaced the Big 3. Replaced ignition switch on steering column(thought that was problem)(PITA!). Security light goes off, so don't think its a VATS problem, also cleaned the pellet on the key, no other lights stay on.
It cranks over but acts like battery is dead, just does the clicks. I put jumpers on it and it starts right up and stays running after a few attempts (I dont drive it that often, but i have a trickle charger on it). Turn the key off and try again, and it just clicks.
The key in the ignition seems to act funny like maybe not getting good connection...mayyyybe. Did some searching and everyone seems to go to VATS or the ignition switch on column that could be problem. Ive had it do this before at a store and after a bit of messing with the key and letting it sit, started right up, but its been acting this way for a while just not this bad.
I think im out of idears...need some help!!

Replaced the starter cuz it was starting to go bad. But that still didnt fix the problem. Went and double checked all the cables and cleaned the ends. Could my Red Top be bad from leaving a trickle charger on it or just letting it sit from not driving it? Could some sensor be doing it or the ignition lock cylinder? Seems funny when i put my key in.
I rarely drive this car anymore, and when i do, always seems like something new is broke on it
