bad horns
I don't know that I know that. I've found the horns to be pretty durable.
The horn bracket - not so much. I've had my horn bracket rust and break, leaving one horn in place and the other burred and muffled in the bumper. (but otherwise just fine)
Have you opened the passenger side hatch under the front bumper to take a look at your horn and see what is going on?
