Steering Creaking when Hot
my car has recently developed a terrible creak on the steering when I turn the wheel counterclockwise. It seems to only occur after the car warms up. Fluid was pretty clean when I did AutoX a couple weeks ago, but it’s gross now. Do y’all think I’m better served replacing the rack entirely, or could it be something else?
The car currently has a reman AC delco rack from rockauto that is about 2 years old. No longer have the stock PS cooler, but I do have an auxiliary cooler on the frame rail.

This has happened to me when I accidentally ran the pump dry for a second while flushing. I recall it took a couple of days to settle.

If you suspect the latter, I'd let things settle, try driving and see what happens with normal color fluid. Then see if the milkshake fluid comes back and if it correlates to the noise.
