Occasional Problems Starting

Occasional Problems Starting 2000 Camaro V6, Engine rebuilt in Feb.
The car will occasionally not start. Turn the key, lights on dash ok, Starter does not turn. Keep trying anywhere from 3 to 25 times, it finally starts.
Here is what I have tried so far (with a lot of help from old posts here!)
1. Had the Security light on all the time. Bypassed the key resistor with resistors soldered in. Security light works normally now,
2. Replaced Ignition Switch (PITA), Starter Relay and Ignition Relay
3. Rewired the ground wire going from the BCM to the Starter Relay to chassis ground.
Still have the problem, and I'm out of ideas. Any advise on what to check next?
