Engine problem
How long since last oil change?
I would throw some cheap oil in there, run it for 5 min. Drain oil again.
if milky, then water is coming from somewhere.
Apply pressure to cooling system and see what it does.

I do oil changes around 3k miles it’s not milky just looks sparkly like glitter maybe a bearing ?

I can see the glitter now, that is a lot for a car that has frequent oil changes. And I agree that it looks like a bearing is going out.
Type of engine, milage, would help, but that is not going to heal itself. Be easy on it and plan for a tear down before the engine decides for you. Because if it goes it will break a lot more things.
