High beams

High beams Im having trouble with my high beams on my 98 camaro, high beams are not workinng and the bulbs have been changed but im not even getting high beams light on my dash, i checked my fuses and connections.
When you pull the lever, what happens? Do the low beam lights stay on? Do you hear the "click" in the steering column when you pull the lever?

No click is heard low beams stay on and my high beams icon on my dash doesn’t even light up, I tested the power going into the switch underneath the steering column and no power I reviewed my fuses
