Rattle after trans mount replacement

Rattle after trans mount replacement Hey all, I recently swapped out the energy mount that was put in when the previous owner had the transmission rebuilt, with a OEM mount. I had been chasing a vibration for a good while, and I THINK that solved it! However, after swapping the mounts, I've developed a noticable rattle. You can hear it for a split second when you start the car, as a noticable KNOCK, and then you can ONLY hear it when it's in drive and you are either brake torquing it or driving. It goes away immediately after taking off, but if I'm brake torquing it I can holt it at 1100 rpms and it's just a constant rattle.
At the same time I replaced the mount, I also replaced both ujoints. I've checked everything out, it all seems tight.
Is there any chance when I put the drive shaft back in the yoke would... Grind on the part that slides into the transmission?
Could the exhaust be tapping on something after the mount replacement?
Car runs strong and does NOT make the noise in park.
I can probably post a video of the rattle.

So here's how I tested a possible solution. I put a jack under part of the exhaust, while sitting in the drivers seat brake torquing to about 1100-1200 rpms where it would make that grinding noise, I slowly jacked up the jack and the noise changed. So I think its the exhaust hitting somewhere. Its got headers of an unknown brand, and true duals going out back, so it must be rubbing somewhere.
Its interesting how the sounds can be so many different things. It doesn't grind while in park, so its hard to get out and see exactly where its rubbing while making the noise.
