94 TA Evaporator Removal
I figured that I'd try this forum as well for a different perspective....
I want to preface this by saying I read the older threads on multiple forums, and even have the Service manual for the car.
A very detailed write up with pictures on LS1LT1 has pictures (sloppy,) and 1B1-17, Step 11 in the Service Manual instructs you to cut the "perforated" (I see no perforations,) of the bottom portion of the Heater/AC Module assembly in order to slide the Evaporator Coil out of the Module, and that piece is to be glued back in after reinstallation. My problem is that what has be be cut is not dimensioned or located, and I am hesitant to cut so low as to cut into the bottom radius of the box.

Has anyone done this procedure before, and taken a little more care to precisely cut out just what is needed? I'm just a little too much of a perfectionist to just "let 'er rip"
Thanks!
