Default 2002 transam LS1 knock sensor

I am getting a bad code for a knock sensor even though I replaced it a few years ago. Dont want to do it again. Can I bypass it or 'fool' it?

If you'r tune is good and you have HPtuners you can go into the DTC files of the tune and set them to not report. Kinda dangerous if your ECM is still using sensors and makes adjustments to the tune though.

I take it you don't do your own work or hit your head at some point in the last few years...
