1999 WS6 Gremlins?

1999 WS6 Gremlins? While I am having start/running issues (posted here 1999 WS6 fuel situation), I’m curious if seemingly unrelated things could be somehow relevant or not.
Two issues I can’t seem to trace or resolve yet (namely because I can’t get the car running for one):
I understand correlation is not causation, but just proving as much info/context as I have. All recommendations or observations welcome.
Two issues I can’t seem to trace or resolve yet (namely because I can’t get the car running for one):
- Headlights/marker lights don’t work with the switch. Like, at all. Doors don’t attempt to open (no sound/actuation) However, cornering/park lights come on when the car is locked/alarm is set. Fuses/relays check out fine.
- A/C holds a charge but doesn’t operate at all. Again, fuses and relays seem fine. Can’t really troubleshoot much on this one until the car runs.
