Picked up a 98 Formula the other night. Drove home zero issue. Went to pull out of garage today, No Power Steering... then it felt notchy and eventually it had it. Pump was spinning, fluid is up, belt was on. I have never experienced that. The steering felt normal once it worked. But how the heck would it not work at all and then all of a sudden work?>
