Car just died.

Car just died. Well i was driving and my car just died on me. I mean i have full power in the car....headlights, keyless entry, power seats and the hatch release works. Anything that requires the key doesn't work like the radio and rolling up my windows. When i turn the key forward the lights that normally come on like the SES etc. aren't coming on. There is no noise what so ever from the car. The fuel pump isn't coming on either. I have no idea what this is....i checked all the fuses and they are fine...any ideas would be appreciated.
