Power steering leaks out?

At the autocross today I had a big leak (well big for me). The power steering reservoir leaked out the top, around the cap, about a teaspoon or tablespoons worth of fluid (not damaging, just messy and annoying). It's been minorly leaking since I got the car, and the reservoir was a little low but was filled up 2 wks ago.
Is there any issues with the caps, or with the fluid overheating or sloshing around too much and make it force out? Would hard lefting/righting in the AX make it boil? I have no idea what to do.![Embarassed](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_emb.gif)
Any suggestions, theories, tips, or links greatly appreciated!

My leaks out a little when I use to take it up to the mountain through the twisties. I believe it is overheating and expanding. Never more than a little fluid though. Not as much as your describing. I remember they offered a power steering cooler when I bought the car that I decided against. I am drag racer, not an auto crosser.

Scrunchie mod ....
Go to Walgreens and get a package of hair scrunchies ... small enough to fit snuggly around the neck of the reservoir.
Install, replace cap ... problem solved.
When AXing or on a road course, this is a very common problem. High RPM will heat up the fluid and it expands and pukes out the cap. I keep several clean scrunchies in my tool box.
I typically run my fluid at the "ADD" mark and no higher, as well.
And a synthetic fluid will make a difference
