smoke from hood well i sheen smoke coming up from under the hood can hear smoething drip then make a shhhhhhhhhhh should what can it be . 96 z28 camaro

Pop the hood open and see where its comin from! Maybe bring a buddy and have another set of ears, once u figure out where its comin from or a general location just look around, there's very few liquids in a car, so either oil, windshield washer fluid or coolant

What does it smell like? Antifreeze (sweet smelling) or does it smell like oil. It could be something simple like rainwater that got on the exhaust. The reason I say that is that seems to happen to my Vette when I drive it after it has rained hard and sitting in my sloping driveway. Or could even be a leaking valve cover leaking onto the exhaust manifold.
