vibration problem

vibration problem got a new problem with the ol' LT1
Sometimes when I hit the gas the whole car just vibrates and actually DEcelerates. The shifter vibrates like crazy, as does the whole car before suddenly POP it starts accelerating again. This only hapens at low RPM's so I dont think it is the Opti. It doesnt happen all the time, just after i have driven the car quite a bit in one day. It usually starts occuring at highway speeds but eventually degenrates into every speed i drive, wether cruising or leaving a stop light. Anyone got any ideas?

I dont think it's the cat since i just replaced it last summer. I think i'll replace the plugs and wires anyways since i havent tuned the car up since i bought it last year.
