car trouble (coolant)

car trouble help please I didn't see a general tech section.
Anyways, here's the deal.
Car just threw a code PO420 which after doing searches on here seems to be a bad driver side cat or possibly o2 sensor problems. Where do you get o2 simms?
Also another problem.
The low coolant light came on for a 2nd time after I put some fluid in the overflow bottle. Car went about 300 miles before light came on again. I noticed fluid started leaking out the top of the overflow. 30 mins later or so the level in it went down and I took the radiator cap off to find it a little low.
I started the car and fluid was coming in from the top inlet tube from the block (not the upper radiator hose, that smaller tube). It kept pooring in but not filling the radiator so I put some water in it and it wouldn't stop overflowing from the radiator.
Thoughts?
I just bought the car last Thurs.

car runs fine going down the road 170* when sitting or going below 20 heats up to 210*

To my knowlegde you should only put o2 sims on the rear and when you get a comp tune you can just have them(rear o2's) removed (from what I've heard, but you have to keep front two). you can get your reg. front o2 sensors at autozone or advanced. I think Summit sells the rear o2sims. with the over heating part, did you bleed the system? I forgot to do that once and it ran hot b/c of the air thats gets stuck in there. thats my .02, hope it helps
