Tune UP?

My Trans Am is about due for a tune up. What does a tune up sonsist of. What spark plugs are recommended

For your car I'd say NGK TR55s. Tune up is basically;
-Plugs
-Wires
-Air Filter (clean your Holley)
-Depending on mileage and how long ago you may want to drain/flush/refill your vital fluids.
That's about all I can think of. I'm sure others will chime in if there's anything I've forgotten.

I'd add ...PCV & Fuel filter.
