Basic electronics: electricity always takes the path of least resistance. only one of those 2 electrodes is going to have the least resistance, and that is the ONE spark you are going to get...
now comes the kick in the jock.... because there is 2 taking the space were one would normally be, the electrodes are smaller then the one electrode types... meaning that the ONE spark you do get is less potent...not more....
you want to design a better plug, make the ONE electrode bigger....
