Window question My drivers side window has had to have the motor replaced every summer cause it seems to keep dying. Now its doing it again. It died on me right as I got to work so I couldnt roll my window up and I work in the crappiest part of town. I was really mad and I messed with it for like 30 minutes and It wouldnt budge. Is there a way I can get the window to go up if it dies or sticks like this till I can get it fixed? Im not a big fan of having my window down if my car is parked. Also is anyone else having this problem? Cause its becoming more and more frustrating having to replace it every year

Usually if you let them sit for a while the will come back to life, at least enough to get the window up. If that dosent work you could take the door apart and grease the tracks with some white lithium grease and pull it up with you hand while pressing the button. Are you using gm replacement motors? I think it is autozone that sells an aftermarket motor that is supposed to be more durable.
