car dying...

car dying..... uhm ive been letting my v6 just sit....and now gas is way too high for the lt1....so i jumped it off, let it run for about 30 mins. but about an hour later it WONT start back up....
ive done this the pass week everyday the same problem?
alternator or battery or what?

I'd say one of the cells in the battery is bad...try cranking and pulling the battery out, if it stays running without the battery than the alternator is fine, but I would almost bet it was the battery.
