Default A/C only blows out warm air. Does not work.

My Air conditioner worked perfect yesterday. Today on my 15 minute ride to work I turned on the air and it would only blow out warm air. I got home tried to put FREEON and it would not take it.

What is the problem with my car? Why does the A/C blow out warm air?
Why does it not accepth the freeon?

Thanks guys

Robert

does the ac clutch engage? if no then try jumping the highside pressure switch for a second and see if cold air starts to come out . a quick way to check if there is R134 in the system is to push a small screwdriver into the schrader valve on the LOW side (the biggger diameter hose) and see if anything blows out. if yes then try jumpin the pressure switch

okay while its running does the low side line get cold to the touch (bigger diameter line) or do u see condensation on the low side lines and accumulator? Another possability is your blend door may be stuck. Kinda hard to give exact details with out being there but i ll try my best to be specific
