Lights dimming in and out?

The interior and headlights are kinda flashing when i turn the car on at night does anyone know what this might be from???

If the headlights get bright and dim as engine speed increases then the voltage regulator is most likely the cause. If it just happens at random check the grounds and look for any voltage drops in the circuit that shouldnt be there.

check your battery post, make sure they are tight and not corroded, that would cause flickering with electronics.
