A/C evaporator/pulling dash

A/C evaporator/pulling dash Has anyone done this before. How long will it take me. I charged up the a/c today and ran some dye through the system. Couldnt find the leak anywhere. Once I got home and turned the car off I could hear hissing under the dash (can hear it really good when I put my ear to the center vents). When I popped the hood its comming from the passenger side firewall area. TIA.

First, you need to be careful using the hissing noise as your guide. The sound travels across aluminum and it may be leaking elsewhere but you hear it there. I say that because the evaporator coils are not a very common cause for a leak.
