Hatch won't open while car is running

My rear hatch won't open if my car is running. Is that normal?

Yes it is normal. If you pull the E-Brake you can open the hatch with the car running.

My hatch won' t open while the car is running either.... :confused: Then again I don' t have the remote hatch button, so I have to shut the car off, so I can use my key. ;) :jest:
