Yes, seal up the vertical slit on the clear face of the lenz (it is approx. 1" or so outboard of the lenz center-use your fingernail-you will find it).
Use clear silicone or model airplane glue.
If you remove it from the car and get some long applicator cotton swabs you can seal it from the inside and the fix won't be so noticable.

It basically never rains where I live.But on a few road trips I hit some storms and mine kept blowing as well.I stopped at a parts store and got some di-electric grease.I filled the socket with it.My lights have never blown since.Just another idea you could try.
i dont drive in the rain and i park in the garage, BUT, i only burn up blue bulbs. if i put ambers in its fine, as soon as some blue bulbs go in it melts the plastic and the bulb and fries both sides w/in a days driving. any idea what this could be?
