Power steering pulley removal

Power steering pulley removal I have a friend who has a 94 Formula. He has to replace the water pump and he can't get a bolt off because the pulley is in the way. Does he just need a pulley puller? I'm 2 hours away, so I'm not exactly sure what he's looking at. Can anyone offer some help?

He does NOT need to remove the power steering pump pulley.
Like brandbo stated, I would tell him to use a 'swivel socket extension' to break the bolt loose, then once loose, remove the socket wrench, and back the bolt out by hand. He should be able to clear the pulley.

There should be holes in the pulley where you can stick a socket through. At least there are on my 95 or do I not understand? Why does he need to pull the P/S pump to get to the water pump anyway?
I bought a special puller just for this purpose. I can have it off in about 2 minutes. It is much easier than spinning the ps pulley and loosening the whole pump. I got mine at a Carquest dealer for around 50 bucks.
