HVAC mode switch not working right

HVAC mode switch not working right This happened to me yesterday. The 4 speed blower switch works fine but the Mode switch only operates in the Defrost position. It does turn on the blower when I put it in Max AC or any of the other Mode Switch positions but only blows out the Defroster outlet. I suspect the Mode switch has dual contacts and that might be the culprit. Has this happened to anyone else?

I did a search and think I know what it is. I just finished installing heads and it must be the small vacuum line at the back of the intake. It must have worked it's way out after I started it up and drove around. AC worked normally the first day though....

It was the small vacuum hose on the back of the intake that goes to the HVAC Controls. It was the advice on this board that gave me what I needed. Thanks again guys.
