my horn stopped working

Well my horn stopped working... When I go to press the horn I just hear a click, but no horn. The fuse is fine, what could it be? Is there some sort of procedure I should follow to figure out what is the problem?

The click is the control relay. So, I'll assume the relay is good since you can hear it switching. You need to troubleshoot from there to the horn itself. Since you already checked the fuse, try disconnecting the horn connector and put a meter across the contacts on the harness side of the connection. You should see a voltage there when the horn button is pressed. If you have good voltage getting to the connector, it has to be the horn itself. Otherwise, the problem is in the wiring harness.
Note: I've never played with horn connection, so I do not know exactly how many wires go to it. I'm guessing 2 (+12V, GND), but there may only be one (+12V) wire if the horn is chassis grounded. If more than 2 wires, then you'll just have to poke around with the meter.

Isn't it a dual horn setup? It seems odd that both would fail at the same time. Unless one had been out already and now the second one has gone.
I'm getting ready to replace my horns copmletely. I can't believe how wussy the stock horn is. My old Civic had a more macho horn! I'm going to ge a nice air horn set a wire it to a pushbutton on/off switch somewhere.
