I took a set of front pads as low as they can go and cannot compress the caliper pistons enough to even get a used set on
. I'm using a big C clamp, but they won't go in but a little bit. I also opened the bleed valve to give the fluid somewhere to go, but no luck. Any tips?
Thanks
BobP

I had it happen to me on my old buick. That piston would not move in or out. I tried everything and nothing would move it.
I had to bite the bullet and buy a new caliper, twice (second one was covered under warranty)... So far, my T/A never gave me that problem.
