oil pressure HELP please!!

Oil pressure reads above 80 psi ALL the time and I have the proper amount of oil in it, wtf Is going on?

If it's pegged, sounds like the sensor is a good place to start.

I would check the oil pressure sensor, or the wiring. If that is good, try a mechanical gauge to check the pressure. If it really is 80, the oil pump bypass valve may be stuck closed.

Where is all this stuff ur talking about im new to the trans am, ive always had a truck, so could u describe where this stuff is or showpicsplease..im worried...im broke...hahaha
