Having problems starting when hot??

Having problems starting when hot?? My camaro seems to have a bad starter but I'm not sure if it could be something else. When the car is hot it seems like it doesn't have power to start. Kind of cranks really slow then ignites. Is it the starter? Thanks in advance for any help!
