Which oil weight?

Which oil weight? I have always used 10w30 Mobil 1 but the more I read about oil makes me think i should use something different. I have heard RP is good but the brand doesn't really matter to me I like Mobil or RP, its the weight. I was thinking about using 0w40, I dont drive it all the time, maybe a couple times a week and on the weekends and when I do drive it I DRIVE IT! Whats the best weight for my 2001 Camaro Z28

You can't go wrong choosing any of the synthetic 5w40s out there.
My favorite oil in the LS1 is still German Castrol 0w30, although it's very close to being a 0w40 since it's on the thick end of the 30wt scale.
