Threw a 430 code... The exact code is PO430 : Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (bank 2)
Can I assume that my pass side cat is on its way out? What else could it possilbly mean, and how can I physically check? Rattle it, bang on it, see if its glowing???
Actually I kinda hope its shot so I can just cut the damn thing out....

OK, so I switched the left and right rear O2's tonight. I'll drive it tomorrow to see if the code remained the same. If it is the cat (which I'm sure it is) then I'll just get it swapped for free.
BTW, I'd like to meet the asswipe that put the plug for the drivers side O2 on top of the freakin tranny....
