Default tap tap muthaf$%&n tap

Sorry to make my first post about a problem but I figure yall are the experts. I got a serious tapping going on in my 01 SS. This guy keeps telling me that it's a lifter or a rod but I'm not so sure. I used a screwdriver to listen and the sound is stronger in front of the motor around the oil pump than it is at the valve covers. Another thing is that the oil preassure guage dips slightly at each tap... I'm thinking that the oil pumps the culprit but need someone on my side. Just to go through my mods incase it's relevant I have SLP Longtubes, Corsa catback, SSRA intake, SLP Lid, ASP Underdrive Pulley, and LS1 edit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd guess it to be a spun bearing...which is not a good thing.
