Half of horn not working

Half of horn not working When I blew the horn this morning, it sounded like only one note of the dual-note horn was working. Has anybody else had this problem, and if so, how is it fixed? I took a quick look under the hood, but disn't see anything that looked like a horn - where is it located? Car is an '02 Z28. Thanks.
Horn should be under the passenger side battery area if I remember right, just take off one of the mud guards to access it. I replaced the horn in my '98, and I noticed that there were two horns plugged in. If you really want to fix it, you could jack the car up and unplug one, try the horn and then do the reverse to see if one is not working. BTW I replaced them with horns off of another Fbody from a junkyard at $2 a piece.
