removing fog lights?

removing fog lights? I got some night shades spray and I'm going to spray a few things just wondering what the best way to get the fog lights out is. Or maybe just the lenses

turn the flip lights on and reach down in there(you'll see it), pull the bulb and harness out and just push it out , easy fast , while your at it just replace all your light bulbs, mine were getting dim so imagine yours are to , put a little goo lube on there before you put the light bulbs back in if youre going to , make em easier to pull in and out

I decided to wait on that I dont think I'm gunna have enough nightshades left for the fog lights.
But I did notice I have a bunch of lights that are out that I never noticed before!
