'coolant light'
You did not specify if the coolant was actually low. I will assume that it is fine. These F-bodies have a bad habit of getting that light on all the time. On the passenger side of the radiator is where that sensor is. I tends to fail or get corroded. Check it, clean it, or get a new one. Most people just disconnect it altogether. Also wouldnt be a bad idea to check for air in your system and/ or burp it.
