Default creaking coming from the front end when turning

I drive a 1998 WS6. It's got about 122k miles on it and it's been creaking a bit when I go around corners at slow speeds. I don't know if it's in the steering or what, but it doesn't sound pleasant. My power steering pump also whines a bit when turning towards the lock. I just put a new serpentine belt on, but that didn't help. It's an on and off thing, it happens maybe 25% of the time...any ideas what it could be?

I got that same creaking sound when i turn right. Everytime i turn into my driveway i hear it and it drives me crazy. Have no clue what it is, so i also would like someone to chime in on what it could be.

It is your ball joints. The originals are sealed units and after 100k miles without lube the tend to wear. You can change them out fairly easily with some good moog replacement ball joints.
