Default Why does my car hate the cold?

Why does my car hate the cold guys? Yesterday I went to start the car up and it was 29F outside. The lights came on and everything heard the oil pump off the STS start up and then turned the key and nothing, didn't hear any whining, or anything even trying to turn over. Tried twice more and gave up. Left took the other car to work and tried again this morning when it was 41F to start it and it fired right up. Any suggestions? I'm at a loss. as usual

I'll check it out. Who knows.

EDIT: Took my car to autozone, they checked the battery and it came up bad so I replaced the battery now maybe it'll be able to start up now. :-D here's to hoping.
