Windshield wiper problem

Windshield wiper problem Didn't come up with anything from my search.. My wipers are a pain in the ***... They just don't respond when I turn them on, how ever when I turn the handle for the washer fluid they'll do just fine... but this means im turning the handle every 10 seconds in the rain.

Man, I thought I was alone on this one!! I'm just glad we're in the dry season now! So the motor's taking a crap, huh? Never would have known that. Anyone else have comments on this? How much are motors?
