Default got a prob on my third gen

just got a 92 firebird witha 305 to take over daily driven for the 98z28. well i got a prob. i get a antifreeze leak that puddles up on the passenger side floor. it drips down from the dash. i does not leak while driving or just after stoping. i think it is from the heating/ac system. i will start pullin **** apart this weekend but was wondering if any others knew what this could be thanks.

On my brothers 89 camaro his heater core was busted, thats located behind the passenger side dash and was pain to get to. when we took it out it a crack in it. and antifreeze was leaking from it. That could be your problem, though we never had a puddle form from it. I would start there and see what it is.

After your fix, you will probably want to flush the coolant system, when there are air bubbles the heater barely works.

Hope this helps.

heater core! do the windows fog up? If you live down south and experience no cold weather, you can just cap it off but this is only if you live somewhere where it doesn't get cold during the winter But it is advised to just fix it the right way.

Yep, another vote for heater core. That's what your symptoms seem to point to.
