Headlight Gear My headlight is making that rediculous grinding noise when it goes down...Also they go up when i turn just the foglights on...Can't drive car at night because it's embarrasing
I know it's the gear because i've fixed it already, but came back...Where can i get one of those upgraded brass rings? Found it once, can't anymore

Hey you will strip out a brass gear just as fast if you do not make sure the motor mounting tabs (there are four) are tightly securing the motor to the plastic gear housing. If the motor wobbles, the worm gear starts eating the brass gear and blammo..you are back to square one.
